After the holidays, who restores you? 🌲

Restore is a 3-day women’s retreat for the ones carrying the mental load: the caregivers, the planners, the people holding it all together. Come rest deeply in the Tennessee woods, calm a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight, and go home with real tools (clinical therapist-developed materials, EFT tapping, Reiki, and more) to protect that calm.

🗓 Jan 8–10, 2027
📍 Bask Retreat Center, TN
👥 Just 10–15 women
💛 Starting at $1,395, all inclusive

Guided by Amber Alexander Solano (@therestingwolf), Lauren Ruth Martin (@laurenruthmartin & @nine.to.kind), Laura Stendel (@intuitivebodyworkTN), Brandi Fleck (@humanamplified), Kim Salter (@designthoughtsstudio) & Sarah Jane Chapman (@bewith.yourbody)

4 days with my bestie visiting our empty nest was everything I needed!
We sat outside by the pool with coffee every morning.
We meandered through stores smelling candles & touching all the textures.
We ate delicious food.
We visited a Friendship Garden.
We binge-watched some shows while covered in soft blankets.
We visited my girl’s dreamy apartment.
It was perfect. I feel refreshed.
I LOVE YOU, Kim!
Thank you for refreshing me!!💞

Feeling overwhelmed? Join us Saturday, March 28th to learn the magic of Tapping (EFT) to release stress.

Tapping has shown to significantly lower cortisol levels, helping you combat stress in our fast-paced world. Stress is linked to anxiety, weight gain, sleep problems, lack of motivation, chronic pain and more.

In this workshop, you’ll learn a basic Tapping sequence and script for any fear, worry or unresolved issue.

You’ll learn how to tap 5-7 times on 9 specific meridian points of the body.

Tapping on these meridian points (the same used in acupressure) while you think about what is causing you stress helps your mind understand that you are not in any physical danger and it is safe to relax, reducing cortisol levels.

Tapping offers you the opportunity to bring your life back into balance and reduce stress around your relationships, finance, pain, fears, and so much more. 💗
