Yesterday was nothing short of AMAZING! I not only tasted some amazing wines and food, but met one of my favorite authors who has taught me so much about wine (tylerballiet). She is so sweet, kind, and full of positive energy! I also had the privilege of meeting and purchasing their wine sticker book from Morgan First! I can't say enough about the both of them, truly inspirations!

At dinner, I met the most awesome gentleman, (Reggie Solomon) who really gave me the encouragement to continue my wine education journey. He did not realize last night just how much he inspired me! I was having some doubts but it was like he was sat next to me for a reason! He writes for Wine Enthusiast so look for his articles.

I just wish more people in the world were as kind of all the amazing people I met yesterday! You all made my day simply wonderful ❤️

Just trying to listen to my body and what I'm really hungry for. Most of the time when I really listen it's fresh food, or it's my brain wanting a quick hit of sugar, salt, acid or something fatty. This beast was all 4
-Faro w lime and cilantro
-Quick pickled cucumber, tomato, carrot w jalapeño and 'Lil sugar
-Instant pot pulled pork, strained and baked w more spices in the oven
-Roasted green pepper and onion w whole Lil multi colored peppers
-Semi-hard.. Heh.. Avocado w a bit of salt
-And a lil cheese
