POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When Briana first walked through our doors, she was a mom ready to make a change. Like so many women, she had spent so much time taking care of everyone else that somewhere along the way, she stopped making herself a priority.

She wanted to feel stronger, healthier, and ultimately, find herself again.

And look at her now. 🥹💚

🔥 30 pounds down
💪 Stronger physically AND mentally
💚 Confidence she didn’t know she had
👯‍♀️ Friendships, accountability, and a community that shows up for her

But our favorite part of her story? She’s learned that taking care of herself isn’t selfish.

THIS is what Lionheart is all about.

Not just workouts. Not just weight loss. But helping people realize what they’re capable of, building relationships that go beyond the gym, and creating a space where you don’t have to do it alone.

Briana, we are SO proud of you. Not just for the 30 pounds, but for every time you chose to show up for yourself, even when life got busy. Your story is going to inspire someone else to take that first step. 💚

And to anyone reading this who’s been waiting for the perfect time to start…

This is your reminder that you deserve to make time for yourself, too.💪

We want you getting MORE out of every workout at Lionheart!🦁

Showing up and working hard is only part of the equation. What you do outside the gym matters just as much as what you do inside - fueling your body, prioritizing recovery, understanding your training, and learning how to lift with intention.

At Lionheart, our goal has never been to just make you sweat or leave you exhausted.

We want you getting STRONGER. Moving BETTER. And building results that LAST.

That’s why our coaches are here to do more than lead a class. They’re here to teach, guide, challenge, and help you understand the WHY behind your training.

👉 Swipe through for 5 ways to get more out of your training with our new Strength programming.

Train hard. Train smart. Trust the process.💪🔥
