❄️ Posted @withregram • @themakeuplight 14 degrees below freezing? No problem for Vivian’s Set Bag! This bag is as tough as you are and ready for anything.

Pro Makeup Artist Desiree Falcon shows how it’s done! If you want to work like a pro, invest in the tools the pros trust—invest in TML!

Posted @withregram • @desireefalconmakeup These photos popped up today and I’m screaming! 🤣 This is me in -14F (-25C) approximately 4000 - 5000 ft up in the mountains of Utah on the set of WIRELESS trying to do makeup and stay warm!

I remember the day the 1st photo was taken so clearly. (Lol) The sun was out and hot, but the wind was so cold and fierce my eyes wouldn’t stop tearing, and my gigantic sunglasses weren’t helping to keep the wind out of my eyes, so I eventually just pulled my scarf up over my face said a prayer! 😂 Ever done make blindfold? I have! 🤣 I also now own Arctic overalls.

It was so cold up there everything kept freezing. And I mean everything! I had a gallon of isopropyl myristate freeze solid. Have you ever see oils and silicone prosthetic freeze? Because they can if it’s cold enough. It was wild!

And yes we even had a split up there and let me tell you it dropped a few more degrees past -14 once that sun set. Thank God for hot hands and portable heaters! 🙌

On the upside I fell in love with snow ❄️ and the locals kept laughing at me because I kept saying “It’s so beautiful!”, petty much every hour on the hour.

Besides the cold we had a great time! The entire crew was FANTASTIC!!! Plus my actors were AMAZING!!! #tyesheridan @francescareale @lukasgage #andiemacdowell 🫶 I’d do it again. 😜

***

Special shoutout to the @vivianbaker setbag for holding it down the entire shoot. It was so perfect because I really could not put anything down in the snow and my body heat helped to keep things inside it just a tab bit more warm. @themakeuplight 💖

🎥@margaritamediaaus remembering filming this six years ago and talking you through my ideas for this scene and being so nervous, worried that the emotion wouldn’t come at the moment of filming. 6 days to go! Unravelling the Voice is THIS Sunday 7pm in @brisbanemusicfestival - the ONLY live performance of this scheduled.

I have just finished the final version of the script, read it out loud and then performed it in situ with all eight songs. I did cry.

This show has all my signature elements: vulnerability, raw honesty, powerful truths and a narrative that aims to inspire personal evolution and liberation. And it has the epic brilliance of @alexplaysthepiano

It's a super intimate space, and a powerful experience.

Come join me?

Tickets link in bio.

Venue: FourthWall Arts, 540 Queen St, Brisbane City
