. YFCON 26’ I had no idea Desiree was going to do this. She got up on that stage and at the end of her interview asked the questions I didn’t even know I needed answered 🥹 Hearing it all in real time got me so emotional. It meant the world to me. As much as I hesitate to post and put myself on record… after this, things are going to change. Going from only being on social media privately to the whole world watching has been a big leap in itself. Every platform has intimidated me, and I’m just getting started building my TikTok. This personal advice means more than I can say. Thank you Tati @viyantbeauty for the advice 🙏 Coming from the professional commercial acquisition business world to building a brand and business is challenging at every step. The time it takes, being hands on with every part of it… and I am enjoying every second. Even on the hardest days, and the days that take me completely out of my comfort zone. I’m growing into something so special and so real, and I’m not doing it alone. So many people believe in me, and I feel it every day in every way. Desiree, this touched my heart and will forever be a part of my story. It’s amazing how one simple act of kindness can change the whole course💕 To everyone watching my journey unfold and supporting it… thank you ✨

What Beauty With Purpose Means to Me… 🤍 Yesterday, on International Overdose Awareness Day, we gathered for an Osier event that meant so much more than skincare. To me, beauty has never been just about what we see on the outside. True beauty is born from within 💜 from how we care for ourselves, how we care for others, and what we choose to do with the life and platform we’ve been given. Osier was born from my journey in recovery and my work alongside individuals and families impacted by addiction and mental health. It was also born from my belief that self-care can be a meaningful form of self-love. Yesterday, 61 people received Narcan training and overdose reversal kits 🥹 tools that could help save a life. This event perfectly captured what @osierwellness stands for as a brand 🙏🏻 Creating beautiful products and meaningful rituals, while using our platform to educate, give back, create connection and hopefully leave an impact far beyond skincare. I’m so grateful to everyone who showed up, learned and helped us honor the lives lost while standing for the lives that can still be saved. This is Osier. Beauty that starts within. Purpose that goes far beyond the product. 🤍🌱

@m2bwellness mobile spa and media is featuring @socal_women_in_wellness making a difference in the way women are cared for and seen ! For our next M2B muse , please welcome the effervescence that is @desireeshank Instagram: @desireeshank Business: Social Collective | AgentShop 1. What inspired your wellness journey? For years I focused on building businesses, but I realized that success means very little if you don’t have your health to enjoy it. My wellness journey became about creating a life where I could show up as the best version of myself for my family, my community, and the entrepreneurs I serve. Wellness isn’t just physical, it’s mental, emotional, and how you choose to live each day. 2. How do you balance everything while staying grounded? I don’t believe in perfect balance. I focus on being intentional with my time, protecting my energy, and making space for the things that matter most. Daily movement and being present with my kids help keep me grounded, even during busy seasons. I’ve designed my life to have this balance. Rest in comments 👇🏽❤️🙌
