Day 1☑️. Long post stay with me. Back about 3-4 months ago my #instafriend @brandy_girl34 introduced me to #75hard I became obsessed with learning more about it and I prayed for when to start as I wanted to set myself up to #succeed ... the good #lord bestowed Sept. 8th in my head so that was my plan. As many of you that have been following me for a while know i was and still am only interested in 75 hard program for the mental toughness that it brought with it. And today I understand why #god wanted me to start today. Man talk about #mentalfortitude and #mental #test ...today was it. 3 reasons below why I could have pushed back one day.... but didnt I awoke to my 2 year old vomiting all over so had an unexpected day home from work. (Thanks to @workoutswithbeckfordbar I was still able to get some #homeworkout in) I strained my lower back somehow this weekend and lifting like I normally do was out of the question The weather was unseasonably crappy for this time of year 46 F and #rain ..so I easily could have pushed to start until tomorrow. But that is the best part of this program. I didnt let the #cancelculture win. i started and completed day 1 when I had every reason to put it off. This is why I am very #grateful and #thankful to you @andyfrisella for creating 75hard💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Whats your excuse?? Exactly you don’t have one #1stphorm #duespaid #legionofboom #iam1stphorm #100to0 #getoffthecouch #upwardliftingfitness #gym #faithandfitness #weaintthesame #1stphormphamily #beckfordbar #instafit #instafitness #viral
