It's starting to feel a lot like summer is on the way! Definitely time to break out the new @desolvesupplyco
HELIOS top.

This was a funny wee fish walking up stream I did not see a thing. No fishy looking rocks or rocks that swim off when I think they're definitley not a fish...not a thing. In the way back to the car though I spotted this one about a road length from the bank and right beside me. I was sure I had spooked it but doesn't hurt to have a crack. A couple casts later and the net finally had a use again. It was a pretty wee brown and swam off to fight a other day.

Plenty of bugs around as well although surprisingly a lot of larger mayfly rather than the smaller ones I'm used to seeing

Weather may not be conducive to casting a fly line lately around here but that just means time to prep for when the weather is back in my favor again. Making to most of the rain and wind repairing gear and tying flies.
