🧃 VENDOR SPOTLIGHT 🧃

We’re excited to have our juice vendor joining us at 413 Battlegrounds! 💪🔥

Between cheering on the athletes and watching the battles, make sure you stop by her table, grab a juice, and show her some love! 🙌 @onesmetanoiaa

This event is about bringing the community together—and our vendors are a big part of that. Thank you for being part of it! 🤝

Push day 📈

Chest, shoulders & triceps. Keeping the movements controlled, getting stronger through each set and continuing to build.

One day I’ll be able to do non assisted dips! Mark my words! Maybe by end of the year 👀

This is so much bigger than just a workout meetup. The accountability, community & connections built will have life long effects 🙌
