I took this vid over two weeks ago and Kaia already looks even better! She had some allergies and skin reactions from time in the shelter but her eyes are no longer red and puffy! 🙏🏽

Kaia just wants to know if she can be your forever girl this Valentine’s Day. She has all the love to give and is sweet as candy. 💘💐

She is absolutely wonderful in public settings. We went shopping together to several stores at our local outdoor mall and she seriously couldn’t have been more perfect! Check out her story highlight to see more of her!

Kaia was on the urgent list at the city shelter due to enduring 7 months of kennel chaos, so we couldn’t just leave her there. Now before you say, “You should just adopt her!”, let me explain why that’s definitely not helpful. 🙉😅

There are SOOOO many more dogs just like Kaia in need at shelters nearby. 😢 Kaia is foster dog #11 and wouldn’t be with us today had we “just adopted” every dog we fostered! We HAVE adopted two of our fosters tho. If you’re new here, go ahead and scroll allll the way back to the beginning of this account to see our story.

We have one dog currently (Sunny) and will only ever be a one-dog household so that we can continue fostering a second dog.

💘💖🩷Please SHARE Kaia!!🩷💖💘

Destiny was a young Pit Bull mix found starving to death in Oklahoma. She suffered from Masticatory Muscle Myositis, an incurable autoimmune disease. It causes the body to attack 2M fibres only found in the head/jaw muscles but causes no discomfort.

Sadly in February Destiny was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma. She had four treatments and tolerated them well. Sadly she passed away on June 17th, 2023. Rest Easy beautiful girl.
