Well this is strange, being on the other end of the IV pole 🥴

I guess it’s been a while, huh? 😳

I’ve been feeling like I should give some kind of update on my life since I disappeared off social media..

But the truth is that there’s not a whole lot to report on the “weightloss” journey 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve gained a couple pounds over the last few months and I’ve been afraid to admit that… for whatever reason

I’m having to constantly remind myself that my weight (loss, gain OR maintenance) does not define my worth nor my success

That I need to give myself grace and be grateful that although I still struggle to be active I am at least able to continue working and maintain some hobbies

I started a new medication today for my psoriatic arthritis

It’s an IV infusion medication called Remicade

Sitting at the infusion center I found myself wanting to share with the people I care about

I’m feeling super hopeful that this will help me get back to the lifestyle I had really grown to love

I hope no one is feeling hurt or upset by my lack of of presence 😢

I didn’t mean to abandon or ignore anyone but I could hardly look at myself in a mirror - let alone talk about what was going on in my mind and my heart

I appreciate all the comments and messages (including those who reached out to my personal social media) ❤️

I don’t think I would have come back if it weren’t for the support you’ve shown me

To my incredible clients who I got to spend the weekend with at my first ever in-person retreat: thank you for choosing to do this work with me, I am so incredibly proud of you.

We spent our time laughing, crying, joking, and having some of the most beautiful conversations, but most importantly, we spent our days together:
👉🏼feeling safe.
👉🏼feeling seen.
👉🏼feeling understood.
👉🏼feeling loved for exactly who we are.

I never could have imagined I would have created this life, this change, this growth, this healing, and this transformation for myself, let alone to now be helping others create the same for themselves.

It almost feels almost surreal.

Sometimes it feels like a dream, & it makes me question…is the work I do *really* making a difference? But after this weekend, I’ll never question myself again.

To sit around a table with 8 of the most powerful women I know, to cry tears of love and gratitude, to express fears and worries, to heal parts of ourselves we didn’t even know needed healing…

…there truly aren’t words that can fully express how I feel, I’m still trying to process it all.

I care about the work I do, my clients, and the women in my world…more than anything. This work is my purpose. I pour my heart and soul into everything I do. I go above and beyond because, I want to.

The thing is, when you come into my world, I will do everything I can to help you become the woman you desire to be in this lifetime, but I can’t do it without you.

I want to change your life WITH YOU, but it requires you first, wanting to change your life, FOR YOU.

This is an invitation, to come closest into my world. A world where you will be led, coached, loved and understood like never before. A world where it’s safe to be you, where I walk beside you…leading the way to the life you want for yourself.

If you’ve watched me achieve something you desire, I bet I can help you achieve it too…you just have to ask.

To the women doing this work beside me: I’m doing this for me, for you, and for us. What we are doing is changing the world. I love you. XO
