Lately… party of 3? 🤭

I mean if you know me at all then you know my number is 3… so you saw this coming hahaha

My top love language is quality time. All of my friends know this. So I’ve spent a lot of quality time with myself… alone.

Learning.
Reflecting.
Being VERY honest with my therapist.

I’ve learned a lot about my likes and dislikes. What I can and cannot tolerate. How to better articulate my thoughts and feelings.

Healing so that I do not bleed on the people that did not cut me.

Recognizing the actual limits of my emotional capacity.

Anyways, I’ve learned that I definitely want to be around people that can tell me they want me around. I want that in every single aspect of my life.

It’s always love over here, baby.
