#RunningJokes

Not that it’s a joke about Running… It’s just that we’re running and telling jokes.

It turns out Running and jokes can totally improve your attitude after a frustrating day!

May 9th looking to be a great day. The race I Ran The D 5k. WERUN313 has 51 members so far running in it. We also have a cheer squad that will be out in the course cheering EVERYONE on. Do you want to come RUN with us or CHEER us on? If you’re not into running which I can’t believe but hey we all have things we like. Can you ROW on a machine? I’ll be leaving the race heading to CrossFit downtown to support. KARMANOS CANCER INSTITUTE C.A.P.A.B.L.E.

RSD 873. A full day of physical fitness. Not the best score in golf but was able to work on a few things playing solo. Celebration for @hangingwlusire as we ran 5.7 miles for his birthday. Barely made in time for Threads 5k but got it done. 252.4 MTD

On this episode of Streakers… What is your streak story? What have you learned from it?

1. Anything is possible.
2. Keep your sense of humor.
3. And some toilet paper on hand… You never know where you might need to poop. (not addressed in the video… But always a topic of conversation). 🤣

Have fun!
Play outside with your friends!
Run in the rain! You won’t melt!
