Grateful for my village and everyone who’s been supporting me along the way. I couldn’t have done it without yall. If you missed it, fortunately, this is only the beginning 🏁

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗽.

We are reimagining what #Exit4 can be when we put our hearts at the center of the map. We think it looks like the warmth of a hug, the wisdom of an elder, and the bright eyes of a child who knows their community has their back.

𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺.

From long-time residents to our youngest neighbors, everyone had a seat at the table this spring! We turned our Spring Fest into an all-ages brainstorm to capture your unique visions for King’s Creek. Whether you dreamed of a quiet garden or a vibrant gathering spot, your perspective was the missing piece of the puzzle. More work to be done!

𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 / 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

No big speeches or polished plans—just a chance to hear the hopes and dreams our neighbors have for these streets at the 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 hub powered by @urbanleague_charlotte. This first gathering was about making sure the people who live here are the ones actually shaping what comes next.

It’s a quiet start, but it’s how real grows. Grateful for everyone who stopped by to talk and for those coming next time.
