Today, I did the damn thing. 🥹💪🔥

Today I competed in my very first Level Up Games, and WOW. I worked my butt off. I was exhausted. I pushed myself harder than I thought I could. There were moments I wanted to stop… but I didn’t. I FINISHED.

And hearing my people yelling my name, cheering me on, and pushing me through every moment made it that much sweeter. 🩵

But at the end? I broke down. Not because I was disappointed. Not because I didn’t win. But because I realized just how far I’ve come.

The woman I was this time last year would be SO incredibly proud of the woman standing here today. The woman who kept showing up, who pushed through the hard days, who got stronger physically AND mentally, and who finally started believing in herself.

Today wasn’t about winning. It wasn’t about being the fastest or the strongest. It was about proving to myself that I CAN.

I DID THE DAMN THING. 🥹💪🩵

Strong looks good on EVERYBODY! 💪🔥

Every rep, every challenge, and every time you choose to show up brings you closer to a stronger, more confident YOU. Keep pushing and never underestimate what you’re capable of! 💙

And speaking of STRONG… today was a special day for our Burn Boot Camp community! 🏆

We had the honor of welcoming Burn Boot Camp founders Devan and Morgan Kline as they presented our Franchise Partners, Elissa and David Farmer, with the Mark of Excellence Award!

Out of 400+ Burn Boot Camp locations nationwide, we are 1 of just 17 to receive this recognition! 🙌

What an incredible honor and a true reflection of the leadership, dedication, and COMMUNITY that make our gyms so special!

Strong looks good on everybody, but a strong COMMUNITY is something truly special! 💙🔥

If it were easy, everybody would do it. 🔥

And the hardest days are the ones that build you.

This week hasn't exactly been sunshine and fucking PRs. 🫠

But I showed up anyway.

Not because I felt motivated. Not because life was easy. And definitely not because I woke up every day feeling like a fitness influencer in a matching set. 😂

I showed up because somewhere along the way, the gym stopped being something I do and started becoming part of who I AM.

And today, hearing Devan Kline talk about how fitness makes you a better person, and how that growth eventually impacts the people around you? THAT HIT DIFFERENT.

Because this isn't just about lifting heavier, running farther, or changing your body.

It's about building discipline when you don't feel like it. Learning that you can do hard things. Becoming someone who keeps promises to herself, even when the week tries to knock her on her ass.

And then taking that strength outside the gym and becoming a better mom, friend, partner, and human.

You never know who's watching you keep going. You never know who needs to see you choose yourself on a hard day.

So no, I didn't have an easy week.

But I didn't quit showing up, either. And today, I got a reminder of exactly why that matters. 🩷🔥

You don't have to be the strongest person in the room. You just have to keep becoming stronger than the person you were yesterday.

Now tell me, BESTIE: Are you showing up for yourself even when life gets hard? Drop a 🔥 in the comments if you're still showing up.

Today @burnbootcampspartanburg received the Mark of Excellence award, and I truly couldn’t think of a more deserving team!

This gym is where it all started for me. Before Burn, I had never strength trained. It gave me confidence, challenged me in ways I never imagined, and ultimately changed the direction of my life. What started as a fitness journey became an entirely new career path as a Burn franchise partner of @burnbootcampmtpleasantsc.

And so much of that is because of @elissafreshlyfarmer. She leads with heart and championship culture! She took me under her wing, showed me what it looks like to lead with excellence, and taught me so much of what I know today. I owe so much of my success to her.

Only 17 gyms out of 400+ across Burn Nation have earned this recognition! It represents surpassing 600 members and consistently exemplifying championship culture for a calendar year.

Congratulations to Elissa and her incredible team! You have built something truly special, and I’m living proof that your impact goes far beyond the four walls of your gym.

Forever grateful this is where my story began. 🩵

Also… shoutout to mine and Elissa’s rockstar franchise business coach @jewelsvolpe. She’s the behind the scenes mentor for us and has truly been a huge part of my success as well!!! You’re amazing and I appreciate all you do for me.

Meet Amanda B 🩵

“I started my fitness journey in May of 2024 at a bootcamp in Ohio. Five months later we decided to move back to NY. After gaining what I lost or lost what I gained, I started at another bootcamp in NY March of 2025 a month later I injured my knee to the point where they said the only treatment would be a knee replacement, he wouldn’t even recommend PT! I was unable to do all the things I had loved kayaking, bike riding, walking & hiking for that entire summer. I signed up at Burn in November 2025, came in a handful of times between then and April, (I couldn’t do anything that required jumping)that’s when it all turned around with the help of our wonderful trainers helping work around my knee pain and building strength. I am now able to do ALL the above AND more. I am so thankful that I decided to join our Burn family and look forward to coming in everyday.”

We spent the this past weekend celebrating the hard work of Burn Nation trainers at our Annual Athlete Games. It was super special that I was able to cheer on two trainers who I have had the pleasure of being trained by, @da_dora7 and @iam_coach_mike
Even more special was that I got to bring RJ to day 2! I love to capture the moments that not everyone may see, the time when they aren't in the workouts. Being proud of these 2 and the others who represented their members is a drop in the bucket of what they pour into us.
Even more to pull on those heartstrings is I got to watch their kiddos cheer them on! Hearing them tell people that that was their mom/dad...MELTED ME!

The countdown to next year is on, and it WILL BE the best yet!

Spartanburg, this is for you!! 💙🏆

The Mark of Excellence Award is bigger than a title. It recognizes the heart, dedication, and people who make @burnbootcampspartanburgsc a place where everyone is encouraged to show up, challenge themselves, and keep growing.

From the energy you bring into Camp to the support you give the person working out beside you, you’ve built something special: a community that celebrates every win, embraces every challenge, and shows what’s possible when we show up together. That deserves to be celebrated 👏👏

We can’t wait to celebrate this incredible achievement with you, Spartanburg! Thank you for continuing to make Burn more than just a workout. 💙

Flew to NC with one mission: surprise CJ and cheer her on while she showed up and showed out on that floating floor. We did that. Everything else was pure bonus moments.

Proud and honored to call CJ my friend.

Thankful for the chance to meet DK and Matt.

Loved making connections with so many others.

What an incredibly special weekend. Until next time, Lake Norman. 💙
