Last, but certainly not least, we want to congratulate our new Director of Setting, Devan Gutierrez! He has brought so much experience, value, heart, and lots of laughs to this community since he’s joined us. Here are some words from Devan:

“I love the strong community at TBF. In the past year+, I’ve made so many meaningful connections, and I can’t wait to continue to create more! I also love making thoughtful and engaging boulders for them to love and hate at the same time!

I am most looking forward to fostering a new community and culture with The Stack Davis and soon to be The Stack Chico while continuing to build on The Boulder Field’s. I look forward to pushing myself and my team’s creativity so that members and guests alike will always have something fresh and exciting to work on.

I love hanging out with my wife, Andi, our dog Mishka, and our new kitty, Miffy (Or as we like to call her, “Big Mouth Miff”. That cat is LOUD. I’m also a solid v5/6 pour over coffee maker, open to any and all beta spray regarding that...and uh...yeah! Big fan of collecting old pokemon and yugioh cards and I also love skiing, backpacking, mountain biking, skateboarding and RuPaul’s drag race!”

We can’t wait to see him grow within our new and existing communities.
