We run our systems. We sharpen our craft. And we’re not afraid to take a break.

This is more than a job. We’re building a community where agents can slay AND make time for the people that matter most.

This past weekend I had the opportunity to be a part of a Misogi challenge, an annual, personal, and extremely difficult undertaking designed to push an individual beyond their perceived mental and physical limits
For over 8 hrs, along with my brothers, was pushed to my physical limits.
PT such as Pushups, squats, long distance commando crawls, heavy object carries, vehicle push, and more. All this while carrying 30lbs of sand in my backpack.
Many times I came to the edge of quitting, trying to justify it as being honest with myself. But every time I felt I had more to give, and decided to look where I don’t usually look, really deep.
Every one of those times I found more. More strength, more desire, more grit, more desire.
This is not the first time in my life that I’ve had to push beyond my limits, but it was a great reminder that I can spend more time in that deep place.
The weight in my backpack represented a limiting belief, something that has been holding me back.
To me that is fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear of potential failure.
At the end, when I took off and dumped the weight, I realized that I’ve been wanting safety, but there is no such thing.
Safety is not real.
Safety and growth cannot coexist.
When I feel safe, I’m not living up to my potential.
When I feel safe, I am not honoring myself nor anyone I love.
From now on I choose growth. I choose experience. I choose discomfort.
It is in those times in my life where I’ve experienced more satisfaction, more self love, more growth, more joy!
I created this!
I chose this!

Also topped it off with an amazing night out with the homies!

This is what it’s all about.
This is the way!!
