twenty eight twenty great!!!! so blessed for all the love that surrounds me— it is the reason i am still breathing & enjoying all this world has to offer. i still have so much to learn, and everyday i am grateful for the opportunity to do just that. 27 taught me that love and grief go hand in hand. 27 brought me a certain kind of loneliness that only exists to bring us closer to ourselves. 27 is gone and my golden year has kicked off and i am so blessed for my community and my people and all the love that lives inside of me. 💘💗💖

Our cooks work a four-day work week and earn $20/hour. This role combines line cooking and prep responsibilities—perfect for someone who thrives as a jack-of-all-trades in the kitchen.

3 YEARS AT BLT ☂️

what a fun and wild ride. it feels like just yesterday i was interviewing at @refugehouston and ultimately getting sent here and hired by @anna.wilkins.ho and @sarahlcrowl (an eternity of thanks to you two btw). i came here to learn how to be a better bartender. I didn’t realize it would become my favorite job i’ve ever had. had the pleasure of working with so many fantastic people (there are too many to name and tag, but you know who you are) and getting to serve some really great heights regulars.

my last official day will be April 24th as @morgs.y and I will be pursuing a dream and moving to the PNW. come get a burger, let me make you a classic, and let’s chat before I’m westward bound.
