2025 is the year the Idea between two friends became a reality

@inspiresoccerleague gave athletes a national stage to compete and to have fun. Traveling across the country, meeting new teammates, playing the beautiful game of soccer.

I’m filled with gratitude. For the athletes who said YES. Who took this opportunity not just to compete, but to be themselves. To express who they trully are.

I’m also deeply thankful to the coaches, staff, families, partners, and everyone who believed in this project. To those who shared the day to day work with us, and to those who showed up at the fixtures and made every moment special.

Year one is done.
More than 80 athletes played and scored over 100 goals across four different states in the U.S.

But what truly stays with me is the joy. The smiles. The feeling that this really matters.

Thank you, athletes.
You didn’t just play the game.
You made our dream come true with you.

This is just the beginning.
See you in 2026 👀

This Sunday marked the end of the inaugural season of the @inspiresoccerleague, the first nationwide competitive soccer league for athletes with IDD in the United States. Congrats to Spokane Impact, our first-ever champions! 🏆

A special thank you to @ozziealonso for coming out to Houston and supporting our athletes, mil gracias amigo!

More importantly, we inspired 6.5+ million people with IDD who finally saw a league built for them, with them, and because of them.

This season we:
⚽ Supported 80+ athletes
🏙️ Reached 4 communities
✈️ Traveled 16,000+ miles
💙 Saw real growth in confidence, independence, and wellbeing

None of this was possible without our founding clubs, our Project Inspire staff, and our partners and sponsors who believed in us every step of the way.

🔥 And we’re just getting started.
Inspire Soccer League 2026 will bring more teams, more opportunities, more impact.

This is not just a league.
It’s a movement.
