Every body does Pilates.

Every shape. Every size. Every level. Every person ready to move with intention and trust what their body already knows.

The wind is at your back. Ease and flow.

Community is not a word we use lightly. Not a marketing term. The real thing. People who show up for each other, celebrate each other, and build something together that none of them could build alone.

Thank you again for being in the room with us! ✨

It’s been 3 months since I closed such an exhilarating chapter in my life. I will never have words to describe this journey, but I’m so grateful for the memories!

Some of my most frequently asked questions are: Do you miss tour? Are you glad to be back in NY? Would you do MJ again? Aren’t you sick of traveling? To all I answer YES haha!! BUT I wouldn’t have it any other way. MJ is forever woven into the fabric of my life and I’m grateful for the experiences and opportunities I have been allotted.

What I miss most of all is the people…but good thing I get to keep them forever and ever! What a thrilling and blessed adventure this has been. I am filled to the brim 🩷

ONE YEAR at @rayharlem.place.

365 days ago we had our uptown residency grand opening!

Now it’s where Harlem comes to breathe, sweat, heal, and become.

A whole new era begins now.

Thank you Ray Harlem for trusting us with the space.
Thank you to our Coaches for holding the standard.
Thank you to our CRF All-Star Members 13 YEARS strong. Y’all built this.
And thank you to every resident who walked in curious and never stopped coming back.

This rooftop? This is what whole body care looks like.

Yesterday was magical! Not only did we see Hamilton, but we saw the incredibly talented Elvie Ellis play Thomas Jefferson/Lafayette. Cedric was Elvie's 4th grade teacher and now a mentor for Myles. We met so many amazing cast members and some cast members from MJ the Musical! #theatrekid #representationmatters

It’s always guaranteed to be a time when you link up w/ friends to play games and think out loud..

What do you guys think about the question at the end? 👀

Caring for this body is an act of worship. The way you move, recover, nourish, and show up for yourself is sacred.

Every part and every version of you deserves to be tended to. That is what whole body care means at CRF.

Come celebrate one year at Ray Harlem. August 22nd, 2pm to 5pm.

Mind. Body. Spirit.
