Finished off with my favorite circuit, 5 sets of “ Evolution of 3’s “ 💪🏾😤💪🏾 when I did this the other night I broke it up into a few different workout, but this was the last set and I chose to do:
-Power cleans
-SuperMan-DeadStop-Plyo•PushUps
-ChinUps
I was training with Bardock that evening, and realized that he may be of Uchiha descent. Uchiha bloodline mixed with Saiyan bloodline is a scary beautiful myth if you ask me. But I’m gonna need it for the next tournament of power as I hear Goku has finally acknowledge my challenge to him, and I will need everything in the bag to defeat him 💪🏾😤💪🏾

I am always sharpening my inner mental blade; not because I’m preparing for anything in particular, I believe in staying ready for any storm to come. I stumbled on a quote around the age of 16 that still sticks with me in my 40’s; I don’t know it’s origin, although many think it is from from the famous samurai Miyamoto Musashi and his book, The Book of Five Rings but many historians have found that it may be more of a modern warrior quote, regardless of its origin it is a great quote and it goes like this “ It is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war” which means that one should always stay prepared for conflict and hard times even when you are living in peace! That quote has allowed me to train my mind and body over the years with a particular discipline whether that changed my perspective on what it takes to keep peace! It takes WAR to keep peace or WAR to achieve it! So from the morning to the evening, I’m never not working and always RISING!

Meditation and mental preparation for the battles to come within my mind. Regardless of what I am doing, you have been caught in my Genjutsu (illusionary techniques) the moment you stopped here 🍃🥷🍃
Now! What is it you THINK you see?

Nothing to see here! I train constantly with my inner demons taunting me and telling me what I am and what I’m not! I don’t listen to them anymore! I listen to a higher power and surround myself with ppl of light. At time though, I let that peaceful monster out when I need to battle those demons within me 💪🏾😤💪🏾
.
I am working on a chest routine. I learned from an OG in this reel:
- 15 reps of alternating incline dumbbell press
- 15 reps of incline, chest flys
- incline, dumbbell diamond press**To failure**
No breaks until all three chest exercises are done
3 to 4 sets ( Rest for 90 seconds )

TURN YOUR VOLUME ON AND ALL THE WAY UP, THERE IS AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE BEING SHARED IN THE BACKGROUND OF THIS VIDEO 💪🏾👂🏾💪🏾
.
When he said :
“GET UP! “ (🔥RISE🔥) “Get up when your legs tremble“
In the background of this video, I had an epiphany and understood that I MISUNDERSTOOD what and how “ STRENGTH “ feels like. I used to think that strength and power when gaining it, should make you feel lighter, but the truth is it’s a heavy weight to carry, so when he says “ you think strength feels powerful? No! Strength is heavy. “ I completely understand why I’ve been feeling so tired and drained; It’s because TRUE STRENGTH has been given to me DAILY, by the lord GOD when I asked that’s of him, but was blind to what that means in this flesh 🙏🏾❤️😤❤️🙏🏾 now it’s time to learn how to truly use this power so that I TEACH, PROTECT, LOVE, & most importantly, SERVE! I serve because I am a king and a TRUE KING is to his people so I serve without hesitation here on this platform to fellow Warriors or those who feel lost. My hope is these posts help spark that fire within YOU so you may understand that you’re not tired or broken, you’re just carrying a power from the one above ✝️; to fully grasp and understand said strength, one must practice living for the Lord and imitating his grace/wisdom so we better understand how to use his strength he is given us. May I have an AMEN if this motivated you in anyway 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
.
🎥 by @macquesthomasphotography 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾 thank you big brother, looking forward to do more content but most of all, to learn from you.
