AAVARTAN 2026 ❤️✨

A milestone. A celebration. A journey of dedication, passion, and the beautiful journey of learning.

Sukriti Kathakaar 's very first student showcase — a dream that became a reality is a heartfelt tribute to our students, for their commitment, countless hours of practice, trust, and for believing in themselves and in this journey. Your dedication, time, and love for this art form have been the heart of Aavartan.

My deepest gratitude to my Guru @krishanmohanmaharaj and my mentors, whose blessings, guidance, and teachings continue to inspire every step I take.

To our incredible musicians and collaborators, @abhyankarmusicacademy, thank you for sharing your artistry, patience, and passion. Your music gave life and depth to this presentation.

And to everyone who contributed behind the scenes. Thank you for helping bring this vision to life.

Aavartan is not just a showcase; it is a reflection of devotion, gratitude, and the love for this beautiful art form. ❤️✨

With immense gratitude. 🙏

Here's to the first of many. ❤️

There are moments in a dancer’s journey that stay etched forever—and this was one of them ✨

It was truly a privilege and a rare opportunity for the students of Sukriti Kathakaar to perform with live musicians. To dance to live music is special in itself—but to experience it outside India makes it even more meaningful. It is both an achievement and a blessing to engage in this beautiful dialogue of rhythm and movement in a different country.

Watching our students step into this space—listening, responding with the music—was pure magic.

A heartfelt thank you to the @sunanda_g_dhanna for making this possible.

And to my students—your hard work, discipline, and commitment made this moment what it was. So proud of each one of you 💛

From late night rehearsals in an Airbnb to the magic of the stage — what a journey this has been ✨
Sukriti Kathakaar students made us incredibly proud at Montreal Natyanjali ❤️

From road trips filled with laughter, quick stops at OnRoutes, and endless practice sessions… to navigating tech rehearsals, sound checks, green room chaos, and finally stepping onto the stage — every moment was a lesson, every moment a memory.

There were times of exhaustion (and yes… getting yelled at in rehearsals 😄), but also moments of growth, bonding, and deep understanding. You didn’t just grow as dancers — you grew as a family.
Supporting each other, lifting each other, and showing up with full hearts every single time.

Dancing with live musicians is not just a performance — it’s a dream, a privilege, and an experience that shapes you forever 🌸

A heartfelt thank you to our musicians, @singh_sisters & Siddharth Ramotar for bringing the stage alive with us, and a special thank you to the entire @montrealnatyanjali team for inviting us to such a prestigious platform. We truly felt your warmth, hospitality, and constant support throughout this experience. Many, many congratulations on creating something so beautiful 🙏

This journey was not just about reaching the stage… but about everything it took to get there.
So proud of each one of you — for your resilience, your dedication, and the love you carry for each other ❤️

On this sacred day of Guru Purnima, we at Sukriti Kathakaar came together to honour the wisdom, love, and light passed on to us by our gurus. 🌕💛

It was a day not just of dance, but of connection — where we paused to reflect on our journeys so far, spoke about our learnings, shared laughter, stories, and thoughts about what the future holds.

We celebrated the bond that ties us together — as dancers, as seekers, and as fellow travellers in this beautiful art and life. Grateful for the time spent, the memories made, and the knowledge shared.
