Today was a record setting bench day and push day. The program was 10 singles. I was really happy last week when I did 276 for a PR for two reps.

this week NEW PR is 306 for a single.

Probably would not have been able to get there without my @zonesmellingsalts Irish Crème as recommended by @roy_gains cause I haven’t taken my pre-workout for a couple days and those smelling salts really do the trick and clear my mind and keep me focused.

So today was supposed to be an “off” day and I was just gonna do some cardio and grip work. but when I got to the gym felt pretty good, body felt pretty good so I decided to do the push workout. I’m glad I did hit a new PR on bench two reps at 276 and if I would’ve gone with my plan, I would’ve never done it so the moral of the story listen to your body.

Big deadlift day day eight total sets luckily brought my @zonesmellingsalts Irish Crème to clear the cobwebs and keep me focused. Also used my @ironmasterusa Alpha Grip wraps to hold on tight. Probably need to order the Large size, as the small is a little small.

Knocked out all eight felt pretty good today actually widen my stance and my grip on the bar felt like it moved a little bit better.
