I don’t post very much of myself on here so I thought I’d share a little BTS from the past year. 2024 has been a difficult but rewarding year. From leaving my full-time corporate job to diving in head first as a ft makeup artist, I can only express how grateful I am to do what I do and for all the talented and wonderful people who have come into my life. This journey is not for the weak, so I appreciate everyone who has supported me and/or given me guidance 💖

For those still reading, let me share a little story from this past year. My previous corporate job was located near SoHo, and after work, I often wandered the streets, captivated by the photoshoots happening around me. I’d dream about one day leaving my desk job and being the makeup artist on set.

Fast forward to this fall: I had the incredible opportunity to work on a few projects right in the streets of SoHo, grateful for @cassidyherrera and @cheenabobeena for connecting me with these opportunities 💖. Highlights were an editorial for @flanellemagazine and assisting @lucaponcebeauty on a mini campaign for Lululemon. While working on the streets of SoHo obviously isn’t the goal for me as a makeup artist, reflecting on where I was before and how far I’ve come, these moments felt truly surreal.
