The instrumental for this week, chosen by @cribagram, is “Wu-Tang Clan - Triumph Instrumental” 🔊 You can swipe across to hear it or head to our bio for the full version ✅

We’ll repost everyone at the end of the week and decide on a new instrumental for the next week 📊 The cycle will continue and we’ll keep sharpening our pens together in 2026! Not every instrumental will suit you but that’s the whole point of the challenge - to sharpen your pen ⚔️📝

Shout out @shayzartist, @sintheskywalker & @cribagram for their freestyles to the 93 Til’ Infinity beat we started this to last week 🔥➡️ And thank you to everyone who commented instrumentals on our last post ❤️‍🔥🫡 #TOT2DA🌎

@simplybiro dropped one of the best verses of the night last night at @tracksontap’s #WinnerStaysOn LIVE 🎬🫨

You know what the craziest part is?! He did not win this round 😱 What @onewaymello went on to do next was ABSOLUTELY INSANE 🤯🤯🤯 I’ll describe it for you at the bottom of this caption for those of you who weren’t there…

@onewaymello proceeded to get the audience to EMPTY THEIR POCKETS (and bags too) and then he literally freestyled off the top of his head using EVERY SINGLE ITEM that came out of peoples pockets in his rhymes 🫨🫨🫨 We’ve never seen a freestyle of THIS LEVEL at @tracksontap before - not even from the Young King Mello himself 👑 This is why you HAVE TO BE THERE. It’s FREE. It costs £0.00 to come along and you already know the vibes/energy/talent at @tracksontap is unmatched 💯🤝

This led to @onewaymello becoming the first ever champion of @tracksontap’s #WinnerStaysOn 🏆 Let’s congratulate bro & give him the flowers he deserves 💐🥇

We’re going to try and do #WinnerStaysOn one more time before this year ends and I highly advise you to be there LIVE AND DIRECT 🎬 Stay tuned TOT family ❤️‍🔥
