Having the entire G-Fit team there… @ozzynova @devon.chytil @that.girl.lifts @teddysfitjourney & @taylerannleonard (minus @coachcody.isc ) made the entire summer shredding trip SOOO much more memorable.

And not only for us…

but you had @teddysfitjourney going around making sure other competitors had eaten since some coaches where ghosting their people.

And you had @ozzynova awnsering question after question from random competitors about the show schedule, and how things ran,

I even went out of my way to help people make sure they didn’t pump up too early and gave Omar a pair of posing trunks because he forgot his in Calgary.

And that’s what it’s all about ❤️.

Mission failed successfully?

Had no idea this was even being filmed, but this might be the most “me” clip from the show 😂😂

That’s a wrap on “Frost Drop”, a short film by Adam Sourges and Farhan Niloy.

Thank you to all the crew that came out to help make this happen! And especially to @connordorzek for taking these great on set photos.

Great work, great crew, great movie. Here’s to a great start of 2026.

What a year, 2024 certainly showed me my fruits. 2017 was the first time I picked up a camera with real goals in mind. Since then I’ve crossed paths countless beautiful people. People who made “My journey” turn into “Our journey” creating a sense of family and a higher level of accountability.

I can say right now this train is moving and it won’t be losing steam anytime soon. I hope your 2025 pushes you to be there best version of your self you can be. No matter what you want and what obstacles or opportunities wait for you, move through them with kindness and bring the kind people you meet with you. With that anything is possible.

Thanks for coming to my Ted talk let’s kick some ass

The Tainted that we shot, was the second and very different version of the script. We kept some of the original concepts, and completely changed others by the time we got to it. I lost track of how many years it was from the original scout that @barkervision @brentacote and I did, to when we rolled cameras, but it was a few for sure!

Perhaps not surprisingly, the challenge of getting it made continued right through production. Shooting in the dead of winter in Northern Ontario has its inherent challenges. The nightly blizzards and sub 30 C temperatures for one, but we powered through thanks to a great team that really dug into the whole experience.
The film is about a man trying to escape “the life” as a former hitman. I wanted it to feel like the past was trying to lure him back in. The daylight is cold and uninviting, his job and apartment hot and suffocating; but the streets, clubs and any kind of night action is colorful and saturated. At least until the last act, when it boils over and turns into an action film.

Production designer @depcharge80 and Art Director @zapkillmachine are two of my favourites to work with, it’s crazy what they pulled off. Mike talked the hotel chef through how to make candy glass in the Holiday Inn kitchen… The creative problem solving of art departments is a joy to watch.

We also couldn’t have pulled this off without the tireless work of the camera department headed up by @_mark_skinner_ @jacquelinedibacco @mcbully_ @matthroch and John Baxter who’s focus pulling was flawless as usual!

Full credit to gaffer @dino.lighting and Key grip @shaneoson for putting up with my offbeat lighting requests, I’m really not interested in doing things in a completely conventional way, that doesn’t yield interesting or fresh images, and it paid off with a CSC award nomination, which was a real honour considering how difficult it was to get anything in the can, let alone something of quality!
