Building the energy for this Sunday July 26th. 💃🏻💃💃🏻💃

After 30yrs @l_a_d_y_c_ and I will be sharing the same stage again. Our growth in this life has brought us to one place to enjoy it together!! We are walking blessed in gratitude.

Both aligned, walking in our purpose and following our passion and how it all came in divine timing. Love doing life with you Bestie.

As my studio @hauteboxyoga leads the workout for Sunday Circuit @livbeach with the sounds of @l_a_d_y_c_ moving us through it.

This isn’t just another wellness event in Vegas, this is how life can come full circle when you choose to live your best life with intention and purpose.

Very grateful for the people that surround me, worked with me and believed in me when my world was turned upside down.

Year 2 (Part 2)

From building bigger bonds with the team to finding a Family with Matroda, this post is definitely more about the bonds and memories I’ve shared with some of the most incredible people I’ve met so far. There’s so much more that I’m grateful for but I can’t make a part 3,4 and 5. But rather continue to build memories with these amazing people. I’m so excited to see what’s in store for Year 3 and who else comes into my world that I can share experiences with.

Once again, there’s so many memories with people who aren’t mentioned. Hundreds even, but I appreciate all of you.

P.S. I added the infamous run video for all of you freaks. Because genuinely that was one of the funniest stories.
