Psalm 16:11
You make known to me the path of life; in Your presence there is fullness of joy.

A year of saying yes.

Yes to moving closer to family.
Yes to new friendships and old friendships.
Yes to running the most miles I ever have.
Yes to trying boxing.
Yes to competing in my first HYROX (and signing up for another).
Yes to chasing growth in my professional season.
Yes to celebrating the people I love.
Yes to opportunities I once only dreamed about.

This year so far has given me first pitches, 7th inning stretches, analyst debuts, sushi dinners, long runs, packed schedules, and so many moments that reminded me how good life can be when you embrace the season you’re in.

I realized how much can happen when you choose joy on purpose.

Sometimes I stop and realize how blessed I am to be living this life. I get to do what I love, be around the people who keep me grounded, and meet others who push me to keep growing. Every part of this journey - it all means something. I’m thankful that I not only get to chase my own goals, but also pour into the younger generation and help them build their own paths🫶🏼
