Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
Amen.

Training is so much more simple than it appears today.

Get really good at the basic movements that have been around since barbells have been first introduced to the world.

Stopped doing underhand barbell rows for years until I started seeing @bretton_is_wright grow like a weed week after week so I’m adding them back in. The “secrets” are always hidden in plain sight.

Training is a privilege and I encourage everyone to savor it.

TOMORROW. We bring the ruckus.
@wet_bucket is hosting the wildest block party of the year — live tattoos, food trucks, games, raffles, and a 3-team showdown for a helicopter hog hunt in Texas - courtesy of @lastshadowtx

All for the Frontline Healing Foundation, supporting first responders and veterans.
6 years of Wet Bucket. One hell of a party. Be there.

There are more and more openly masculine Christian companies out there and @devotumofficial is one that has caught my attention.

-If you are passionate about your faith and count yourself a soldier in the service of the Lord’s army then take a look at what they have to offer.

-I have started an affiliate link with them and use coupon code RENEGADE to save yourself a little chunk of change on your next order.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Josh 1:9
