Still taking this one in 💙

From being inspired by @oliverheldens and @heldeeprecords to celebrating my own release on the label. A proper full circle moment.

Massive love to the DJs and everyone who came down, it made the night so special. Moments like these remind me why I started. ❤️‍🔥

Keep backing yourself.

MEET OUR DJS!! 🫶

Even though Pop Dat is not an exclusive collective, but a space for local DJS to share their talents, we value getting to know the person behind the decks ❤️‍🔥

Each and every DJ playing at our debut event, "REBOLA", is not just a name on our line up but a talented DJ with their own unique style and sound 🎶

Please spread them some love and share this around!!

so. where do I even begin.. this night was everything to me. YourShot has changed my life.. let’s do a quick recap:

this whole interest of DJ-ing actually started for me when all I wanted to do was find a mash up of Dom Dolla - Take It & Fisher - Crowd Control.. back in 2019.. yep..

the moment I received that text message on the night of selection day / rego day, I literally was jumping for joy on my boyfriends bed at 12:30am …

for 5 weeks, I brought lollies and freddos for my class, and learnt how to dj.. laughing, smiling, screaming and crying. it was all worth it.

during the same time, @max.bolles introduced me to a day-party called @dayshift.au with @kinghenrym8 on the line up, to be honest, Max put me on to alot of uk sounds I never even heard of, and so from that day, I knew that I found my sound.🥹

UKG is much more than dance music, it’s culture, it’s community, it’s an underrated genre of music (imo) and I wish to honour and push more garage further where I can into the world.

these photos ^ … these are more than just captures of me “in the moment”, they are captures of my love for DJ-ing, my energy, my joy, my sadness, all of my emotions from the night into a couple swipes. I genuinely can’t describe my feelings when I see these photos, I love music so much, I don’t know what I would do without it..

to my yourshot cohort.. we did it! wtfff
the amount of people and friends I’ve made was unimaginable for me. so much love for all 🫶

my fellow stage winners, it just goes to show how much raw talent and pure love for music there is in Sydney.. I hope you all find your audience, your fans, you all deserve to be heard and share the love of pure energy and joy to the dance floor.

my trainer.. (the king).. @dan_discoloro
we won, I could not have done this journey without you, Dan, you gave me the confidence to give it everything I’ve got, literally walk away with no crumbs .. take in all the chaos, challenges, and keep going.. so you also deserve a crown.
👑

Lastly, to wrap up this chaos of a chapter in my life, @yourshotau and team, obviously I would not be able to do what I’m doing without you guys. Eternally grateful and thankful 🥹🫶
