This past week, I had the chance to get to know Canada and its people. I met with colleagues and people who share the same passion for music as I do. Just walking through the streets, you can already feel how passionate this country is about art 🍁

I will never forget my first tour in this country, and I’ll do everything I can to make sure there are many more to come.

“Fressko is a track that was kind of made to experiment with a different kind of arrangement to what I typically tend towards. Something more steady without really having a break & build up moment. It’s got a combination of groundedness and cosmicness that I love and have really enjoyed playing.”

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Dexter has become a beloved staple in Montreal’s electronic music scene, known for his authentic presence and groove-driven sound. His sets and productions blend genres, creating tapestries of emotion and texture rooted in connection. A core member of the Saisons Musique family, his music has also landed on Decca, Sounds of Symmetry, Circle of Life and XYZ.

“I was drawn to the Gympie-Gympie plant, one of the most poisonous plants in the world. What fascinated me was the contrast between the beauty of nature and the danger hidden within it. Gympie-Gympie is my interpretation of this balance between beauty, mystery, and the unpredictable side of nature.”

Poli-Poli creates organic house, electronica, and progressive house. Inspired by nature, the ocean, and her classical music background, she crafts emotional, atmospheric tracks where organic sounds meet modern electronic production.

“I made this track as a homage to the organic and ethereal sounds I fell in love with back in the day. That’s the kind of music that really inspired me and helped shape my path into this style.

I wanted to create something beautiful and emotive, but ultimately something that just makes you feel good. I’ve always had a deep connection to those lush strings from that era. There was something about them that would instantly move me, and I really wanted to capture some of that feeling in this record while still making it my own.

I’m really happy with how it came together, and incredibly grateful to be releasing it on a label I genuinely had in mind while making it. It feels like the right home for this track, and I’m excited to finally share it with everyone.

Bodaishin & Dexter Crowe - Spinning Around

“Spinning Around” is the second single from Bodaishin’s upcoming debut album Circles, a collaboration with Australian artist Dexter Crowe, marking his second appearance on Circle of Life following his “Secret EP”.

Born during a winter night in a Montreal studio, the track came together through a spontaneous session that lasted until sunrise. Built around powerful drums, deep low end, hypnotic plucks and melodic elements, their own voices, processed and shaped through effects, add texture and atmosphere to a darker, immersive club sound.

Glimpses. From 8 months living alone off grid in butt fuck no where sanctuary woods… day I got residency booked one way flight to Mexico. 🌞🌴🧜‍♀️🌊

Survived the bears, mice, coyotes, wasps, snakes, a random beeping that lasted a week (it was in the basement), a meth addict with a carving knife in the laundromat, spiders, mental health challenges…without friends visiting, paint by numbers, the wisdom and stillness of nature and snow sloths, city escapes, gigs, music and cherished connected moments with my loved ones I never would’ve made it through. 🙏🏼❤️

If you know what’s next lmk cuz I have no idea rn taking notes from jack Sparrow’s compass — I just know there’s some exciting projects and always more lore to share … stay tuned?🧭🚀✨💓🎶

Full of gratitude for my friends and family, and new friends, who continuously helped me plant seeds and always shared the sun and love with me 🌞🙏🏼❤️ forever grateful
