There’s something different about moving before the rest of the world wakes up. ☀️

You step outside still half asleep… and somehow come back with more energy than you left with.

A little movement, good company, fresh air and coffee afterwards — sometimes that’s really all it takes to change the mood of an entire day. 🫶🏽

Maybe that’s what it means to Rise & Shine. ✨

Some nights I will carry with me for the rest of my life. You can only have your first EP once and hence we went all the way and did Vinyls.

Special thanks to everyone who showed up to make this night memorable, to @mion.berlin for opening up your space to us and to @thirsty_lover_ for keeping us all hydrated

September, you were something else🌍✨

3 continents. 5 countries. 3 races. So many familiar faces finally becoming real-life friends, and more new experiences than I could’ve squeezed into one month.

From chasing a sunrise on a volcano in Bali to running the streets of Berlin… definitely one for the books🤍

Feeling very lucky🫶🏼

What was your favorite moment in September? Let me know in the comments ☺️

The pre-race 💙

Race weekend wasn’t just the race, it was a FULL weekend, with lots of smiles and memories that deserved their own spot here 🫶

Thankful for this community 💙

Grenzen respektieren. Und trotzdem weitergehen – wenn es möglich ist. 💖

From first-time marathoners to new PBs. From chasing a goal to simply soaking up every kilometre. From running for a cause to running just because it makes you feel good. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️💙

Huge congratulations to all our ASICS FrontRunner members and every single runner who took on the #BerlinMarathon this weekend!✨

Today I got to watch two women bring home two very different marathon milestones.

@deyemipresh — 42.2km for the very first time on her period😭🥹🔥 Soo proud of her.. omggg😭❤️
@rashs2008 — marathon number TWO, only few months after her first in @londonmarathon and @nycmarathon lined up for November 🔥😱🥹💪🏽 she’s on a Mission!!!

And somewhere between the start line, the kilometres, the chaos, the tired legs and a LOT of laughing 😂, I realised I genuinely didn’t care what this marathon number was for me.

I just wanted to share the day with them.

The full story of those 42.2km deserves another Reel because Berlin definitely did NOT follow our plan together😂… but tonight:

I am ridiculously proud of these two women.

You did it, girls. 🥹🏅🏅
And getting to be there for some of it? THIS. This is why I run. ❤️

@berlinmarathon , what a day. 🇩🇪
