This is a special pre party before our friends and family gathering at @cab_vol . We thought it would be rude not to get everyone together for a big feed and some amazing music to go along with that.

This will be BUSY, so arrive early to guarantee entry.

Line up TBA announced on day.

See you down Phat Fellas from 5pm. First come, first served.

Dhruv never missed a chance to soak up the sun with a cold beer or a cocktail in hand, sharing laughter, love, stories about school college his friends and family and all those lovely unforgettable moments with those around him.. and many of us were lucky enough to experience that.. His warmth made things better, his smile attracted light to dark days. He always had a way to make people feel welcome whether you knew him five mins before or for years.. he could talk and conversations weren’t just words, they were stories, lots of connections made and memories.

His want for adventure and the spontaneous decisions to travel is what we all loved about him and this picture is one such sudden decision travel that took him and Desmond to Stockholm for his birthday last year.. He was always looking for the next journey the next experience, the next chance to bring everyone together.. he believed life wasn’t meant to be lived in the shadows but out in the open - riding his bike or sitting in the sun with a beer with good company and a heart full of laughter and a stories to keep you excited.

Miss you lots as we embrace every fleeting moment with a smile like you would have.

A picture from Dhruv’s first day as a British Citizen, celebrated with a beer on Desmond’s balcony overlooking the Shore.

Dhruv loved a beer in the sun and celebrating each event, big or small. Often, the celebration included having a beer in the sun. I think Dhruv’s greatest trait was to celebrate everything; exam days, exam results (he had many), birthdays, new car, Chelsea win, easy day at work, hard day day at work, so on.

I think a fitting testimony of a life lived well (albeit short) would be to celebrate with Dhruv through sharing pictures of happier, sunnier times. I know Dhruv cast his net far and wide and there are so many lives he touched, so if you have a memorable picture/story to share, then please send it in a DM and I will post it for all to enjoy and cherish.

Shine on you crazy diamond.
