A heartfelt thank you to Amanda Kofsky for inviting us to see her daughter, the incredibly talented Indiana Woodward, perform at Lincoln Center.

It was my very first time attending a ballet and stepping inside the beautiful Lincoln Center theater, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Indiana’s performance was absolutely breathtaking and inspiring to watch.

We are so grateful for the warm hospitality and this special memory. Huge thanks again, and we will be eagerly anticipating welcoming you and Indiana for a future visit to Namibia!

2025 recap part 1 - horizontal frames!

This year was simultaneously amazing and rough, but we made it baby!!!

My word of the year was well, and I feel like I accomplished it. I finally got my hysterectomy and completely changed my health for the better! Did it result in weight gain? Absolutely. That’s a perfect example of how body changes aren’t always a bad thing, even if society makes us believe they are.

I changed my health, got a promotion, saw new and old places, hung out with friends, sang a ton of karaoke, and cried A LOT. Overall, I’m so thankful for 2025, but I’m also excited to see it go!

More to come, but I’m super ready for 2026! Happy new year, y’all!

YOU DO HAVE TO BE SMART TO BE A BALLET DANCER

On this episode of Hustle & Schmear, “Arabesques & Algorithms,” we sit down with Nadia Vostrikov @dezh222 — a former ballerina turned digital-marketing director who pirouetted from pointe shoes to PowerPoint. She grew up with ballet parents, married Jason’s triplet brother, @craigsalstein and now spends her days choreographing ad campaigns instead of Swan Lake. We talk independence, striving for perfection, stage fright, and what it’s like to keep your balance — both onstage and online.
