Came for the mountains… but left with a moment ❤️

At Dovan, on the way to Annapurna Base Camp, I met this beautiful father–son duo.
Just a simple question… and a memory I’ll carry forever.

It reminded me—journeys aren’t always about reaching the top, sometimes they’re about the people you meet along the way.

While trekking to ABC, I came across a couple carrying their 10-month-old baby, and it’s something I’ll never forget. Seeing someone that young at such altitude was both surprising and inspiring. Moments like this remind me that trekking isn’t just about mountains, views, or reaching the destination it’s about the people you meet and the stories you witness along the way. I felt truly grateful to be there at that time, sharing the same trail with adventurers of all kinds, each with their own reasons and journeys. Watching that family move forward with patience, care, and determination added a different meaning to the trek. Experiences like these make the ABC journey more than just a hike; they turn it into a collection of unforgettable human moments that stay with you long after the mountains are behind you.🏔️👶✨
