Thrilled to have Desireé Starling (Bradley) join me on Monday September 22nd at the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business for "Glass Ceiling Conversations" hosted by the Office of Access, Opportunity and Engagement powered by Utopia Plastix®. About Desireé Starling Desireé Starling is a born-and-raised Oklahoman now thriving in Miami, where she brings bold ideas to life as an Art Director. A former Division I athlete, she first spent five years as a project manager in real estate development, where she mastered the art of leading complex projects, managing teams, and delivering results under pressure. That experience not only sharpened her strategic and business acumen but also deepened her understanding of the challenges and opportunities for women in business across industries. Desireé later transitioned into the creative world as an art director, photographer, and designer—bringing with her a unique perspective that fuses business discipline with artistic vision. Her sports background taught her resilience and adaptability, while her real estate career gave her a strong foundation in strategy and execution. Today, she channels both into her creative practice, crafting work that is bold, intentional, and deeply connected to culture, community, and craft. Whether she’s building campaigns, capturing moments behind the lens, or shaping a brand’s visual voice, Desireé leads with curiosity, authenticity, and a belief that the strongest ideas come from lived experience. Constantly pushing herself to evolve and create with meaning, she feels blessed to build a life at the intersection of business and creativity—and she’s only just getting started. Students are invited to register via the QR Code provided.
