Filming in the rain is always tough, no matter the type of setup. The @nbstabilizer RockABye offers a lot of features but needs to be rain protected in a special way, unlike a standard Steadicam. This was over a year ago and at this point I’d tweak and adjust some things but overall I’m excited for you to see how we did it. Always a cool day to get the camera eye-level with a dog!

What an incredible first day on the showfloor! Great conversations, and so many of you stopping by our stand. Thank you to everyone who came by, said hello, and explore what we've been build.

This was a very cool setup from a recent two day project. Each day we bounced between nd6 and no nd. To speed things up I used the @_cinefive_ fakefilter weight when we went to no nd to save time on rebalances. Our rig was extra dialed on Steadicam and allowed some very cool setups. Big thanks to @cinedahn for filming this.

Couple of very big projects releasing soon!

In the stabiliser world, I’ve used quite a few systems from different brands and of course there are different price points and tech levels out there but I can honestly say it’s been amazing working with the Thanos Pro Cine from @dfdigitalfoto it’s also been amazing helping them develop and work on their new systems, one of which we got to demo and showcase at this years @ibcshow in Amsterdam.

There’s a lot more coming from the team at @dfdigitalfoto and also some new exciting news coming next year with my more in depth partnership with DF!

I’m super excited for what 2026 brings!
