How do I handle pressure? I don’t. I apply more. Maybe that’s the Detroit in me. The city that builds GRIT.❤️

There’s a different kind of strength that comes from being raised in a city that knows how to fall, fight, rebuild & rise again.

And if you really want to understand me, you have to understand my father — the man who adopted me.

One of NONE.
A man like no other.
And there will never be another.

He embodies what is called “The Power of One Theory”— the belief that exceptional people don’t ask for exceptions. They ARE the exception. They don’t fit neatly into society’s conceptual boxes. They aren’t meant to be understood, accepted, or liked by the 99%.

They are Set Apart.

My father taught me that being different was never something to shrink from.

It was the point‼️

It was amazing getting a chance to attend destined for greatness @dfgyouth 16 year anniversary! God was definitely in the room tonight! It was inspiring to see how well the program was able to help the youth!

Every setback, is a setup, for a comeback! Suffering is preparation for whats to come, embrace the journey and see the good in life.
