She was more than a headline. More than a statistic. More than the way her life ended.

She was loved. She was someone’s daughter, friend, sister, and source of laughter. She had dreams, memories, and a future that should have been hers to live.

Today & Everyday we will remember her life, dance in her honor, feel her strength, and stand for those who can no longer speak for themselves.

Domestic violence steals far too much. May her story inspire awareness, courage, and change.

The power in the room was undeniable, and her presence was felt by all.

We came together to honor her life, but also to remind every woman that you do not have to fight alone. There is an army behind you, ready to stand with you.

If only we knew. If only she knew.

Big thank you to my @dfitnessstudio family for covering my classes the last few months, and all our clients for their love, support and count down for my return texts , well the time has come!
