DREAMS DO COME TRUE!

What an incredible day at Raceway Venray during the Outdoor Test Days!

Getting the opportunity to drive the GK4 karts was absolutely insane. The level, the speed, the atmosphere made a huge impression. This honestly felt like the Champions League of karting!

I’m incredibly grateful that I got to experience this. A day I will never forget — and one thing is for sure…

THIS TASTES LIKE MORE!

A massive THANK YOU to @kwm_academy_official and @dfk.racing.team for this unbelievable day and for giving me the opportunity to experience this level of karting.

A very special THANK YOU to @bjornouwens , @alexis_oomens, @armand1704 and Mathieu for the guidance, coaching, support and everything you all did throughout the day.

Thanks to @noah.de.wolf mom for the great pictures.

And of course, a huge THANK YOU to my sponsor @houseofbakersnl for believing in me and supporting my racing journey.

And last but definitely not least… thank you to my family and grandpa for always being there, supporting me and making all of this possible.

Today was more than just a test day.

Today was proof that dreams really can come true.

DREAM IT. BELIEVE IT. LIVE IT.
DREAMS DO COME TRUE.

🏁 Grootse dromen beginnen met een allereerste rondje. ❤️

Dream big. Start young. 💛🏎️

A taste for more…

Yesterday marks my very first full outdoor experience in the Formula Honda class at Raceway Venray, testing with the DFK Racing Team.
It was a day of intense learning and adaptation. Riding so close to the ground and experiencing the significantly higher speeds required a completely different mindset. Understanding how the grip builds up throughout an outdoor session was an incredible challenge.
Thanks to detailed telemetry, we could closely track the progression throughout the day. With a top speed of 93.3 km/h, the exit speed felt solid. 📈
Our technical goal for the day was to run consistent averages in the low 58s, especially considering we were practicing on hard compound tires (which typically give up 0.6 to 0.7 seconds compared to the medium race tires).
The learning curve was steep, but we managed to hit our targets in the afternoon, ultimately clocking a personal best of 57.75s. A performance we can be truly proud of for a first outdoor session! ⏱️💪
A huge thank you to the coach and mechanics at @dfk.racing.team for the guidance and the warm welcome in the paddock.

The outdoor journey has officially begun…🇧🇪✨
