“The exertion of an athlete is not only physical”

Junior Track Season!!!!
🏃‍♂️❤️🕶️⚡️

I had a lot of great times at a lot of meats this season and was glad I got more opportunities to run with my favorite two riffraffs. I loved watching a lot of my friends have some fantastic races this year, and overall had a pretty great season for myself despite getting sick at the beginning yet again and dealing with a lot of stress from school. Hyped to get into XC training this summer and GO DAWGS❤️

The 2025 Schrader 1600 was smashing—-season’s bests, personal records and the gong included!

Huge thanks to Diadora for continuing to support our community efforts alongside the current and next generation of runners.

Big congrats to Paras Shah, Coach Schrader and everyone else who was able to compete in the race’s 18th year.

We’ve got an awesome Summer lineup of community events, Austin. Be ready for a scorcher.
