I’m ready for cooler weather but NOT ready to leave my green summer pics. My most favorite time to shoot with some of my favorite people 🫶🏼

The Hero WOD of all Hero WODS! The Passion WOD.

For Time:
- 100 Double Under’s
- 800m Back Rack Barbell Carry (95|b/65)
- 100 Burpees

100 Double Unders- to remind us of the lashings he received by a whip with shards of bone and metal that ripped his back.
- 800m Barbell Carry (95/65)- to symbolize Jesus carrying his own crossbar to his execution site as he took the weight of our sin upon himself.
- 100 Burpees- to signify him conquering death by rising again

24.3 didn’t disappoint in any capacity! As the open comes to an end, it was fun to watching everyone push their limits and do things they didn’t think they could! Excited for what the rest of the year holds 🫡
