Ring your MFin’ bell, Celebrate yourself, Praise yourself, Uplift yourself! 🛎️🛎️🛎️
When we CELEBRATE ourselves what we’re really doing is SEEING ourselves, ACKNOWLEDGING ourselves.
And You don’t need anyone to celebrate you, but YOU. As a first generation, Haitian-American, I grew up in a very strict household. My mom ran our house like a warden. It was like living in the Black Shawshank Redemption. Lots of criticism, rarely celebrated, and praised.
I DONT WAIT FOR ANYONE TO CELEBRATE ME ANYMORE. NOW…..I ring my own MF’ing bell. 🔔 Shout out to the best mindset coach for teaching me this @dgmindset @dgmindsetacademy ☄️

This past weekend with my soul family was pure medicine! We missed all of you that couldn’t make it this year, but you were with us in heart 💞✨

So much quality time, contagious laughter, raw & real conversations, and moments that cracked our hearts wide open. The resonance we feel together is undeniable! Divinely aligned, so beautiful.

Forever grateful for our mentor DG! Thank you for following your intuition and trusting the vision in your heart!! Because of you, we were able to find each other in this lifetime ❤️‍🔥

Mindfest weekend 2025 was everything and more! Breakthroughs, unconditional love, inner child play, & pure joy that overflowed in all directions.
My heart is so full, and I cannot wait until we gather again. Forever in my heart & always here for each and every one of you 🤍

@dgmindset this is my thank you. Thank you for creating a space for all of us to come together. To feel heard when we feel like we are screaming in a crowded room and no one flinches. Seen when we feel invisible and understood in a world that is becoming more and more unrecognizable by each passing day. Thank you for following your path and continuing on to wherever it will lead you. And for being a living expression of the value of pain/heartache/trauma can represent in our experiences. Thank you for showing me the roadmap back to my truest self. You are creating a world of leaders and elements of change thru your words and actions.

Lastly. thank you for the openness to be able to space and tim A fellow ♐️ and Ophiuchus.

We hear you and we are listening 🦋💕

Also, I can’t leave without giving flowers to @brandonoshodin for planting the seeds for me to accept the truth. B and @oliviaoshodin …..ya’ll are amazingly inspiring and hilarious human beings. Thank you as well for living in your truest essence. Idk if I would have gotten this far without the root system that guided me to the fruit system! 💕🦋💐

Next week, @dgmindset is starting his HEAL program. I can personally say that after experiencing Mindfest…..this 8 week journey is going to be EPIC ✨🔥

Just sharing in case this finds anyone who may need it. It’s a safe community of folks (that I feel so blessed to call some friends now) running their own marathons along side you.

Also note…I am not getting paid to share this in anyway. If you are interested in learning more, you can go to his website for more details:

Just a little recap from a transformative weekend with some of the most beautiful souls that I now call family…

The more inner work you do on yourself, the more it will be reflected externally in your reality. Your perspective has so much power, you have so much power…. you always have the option to change your perspective and therefore, change your reality. It’s not going to always be a comfortable process, but I swear to you it will be a beautiful one. You are capable of absolutely anything and everything you put your mind to, you simply gotta put some work in to get there… remind yourself every step of the way that you are infinitely loved, you are infinitely capable, and you have infinite potential.

Incredibly grateful for these experiences and these people, especially @dgmindset for bringing us all together 🙏🏻

Even more so, I’m grateful I invest in myself because I wouldn’t be showing up as the best version of me for others. I know I was placed here to help and we can’t help others unless we know how to help ourselves ✨

So please, keep going… I’m right there with you ❤️

🦋💕 An exchange in Gratitude 💕🦋

I am still just processing the entirety of what I learned and gained this weekend in Indy. I am so thankful that @dgmindset messages started reaching me when they did. I can’t lie and say I wasn’t already on my path of healing, however, his messages and this community have entered my life with divine timing and I am grateful. Such a beautiful weekend was shared with such loving souls from all over the world. The creator creates creation and living that on the deepest levels is continually transformative 🙏🏻☀️

This weekend at DG Mindfest was truly transformative. Being surrounded by incredible individuals all on their own journeys of healing and growth was a reminder of the immense power of perspective. It’s amazing how when we come together with open hearts and minds, we can tap into collective wisdom and foster deep connections. The energy in the space was uplifting, and every conversation felt like a step closer to personal and collective healing. I am grateful for the experience and the shared moments of vulnerability and strength. Here’s to continuing the journey of self-discovery and healing!

We all experience transitions in life and as you seek to learn more about yourself, a lot of pain will surface as you begin to let go of parts of you that can't no longer go with you in your next journey. Trust the process, listen to your heart and let go of all that causes doubt, confusion, uncertainty as your new road requires your unwavering faith 🤍
