This Sunday! I'll be slinging my wares again at the first @dgreen505 aka @djsidpresley Alameda Record Swap of the year being held at @factionbrewing from 12pm to 6pm. Lots of new and used additions to the crates plus a bin of mostly cheap CDs. AND for the first time I will be DJing at the event (1pm), so come down and listen to tunes, drink beer and buy records! Food available from the @sataybythebaysf truck all day. #LFG!

Straight talk from DJ Sid - Hold off on those RIP posts. @bottomofthehillsf isn’t dead yet, and the owners & staff aren’t resting peacefully. To the contrary, they’re gearing up to make their final year a big ‘un. Save your eulogies for next January. For now, they could use your support. There’s plenty of shows coming up between now and December. Get out and attend a few... Buy tickets. Grab a drink. Order a burger, or some of those delicious soy chorizo tacos. And don’t forget to load up on band merch, ‘cause the bands could use your support too. Get show info here - www.bottomofthehill.com FB - Bottom of the Hill IG - @bottomofthehillsf Rant over.

Next weekend in the Bay Area is gonna ROCK! Literally! IT SHALL ROCK! I’ll be playing two shows with those 60’s garage monsters TH’ LOSIN’ STREAKS backing me up—we did some shows last year and it was UNTAMED!....Friday night, we’re at the BOTTOM OF THE HILL in San Francisco, and Saturday Night, we’re at the TORCH CLUB in Sacramento. We’re gonna blow the roof off these favorite watering holes! This will be rockin’, screamin’, grungy and primitive GARAGE ROCK, just warnin’ ya! SUNDAY I’ll be performing AND selling at the Alameda Rock ‘n’ Roll Flea Market in Alameda! I’ll be playing a solo electric set (I’m excited that Lowell Levinger of the Youngbloods will also be playing!), AND I’ll have a table set up at the flea market selling Records, Guitars, Amps, Books, Weird Stuff and MORE, all at yesteryear’s prices. The Flea Market runs from 10-6 on Sunday and I perform from 3-4 pm. Free Admission! Thanks to David Greenfield for having me at this great event!

What’s better than going to a @dekedickerson show? Going to TWO Deke Dickerson shows! Join us Friday 12/5 at @bottomofthehillsf in SF. R&R Flea Market faves @thlosinstreaks will back Deke for an all-garage rock set, and they’ll also play separately. Also joining is @neverlandranchdavidians, from LA. DJ’s Sid Presley and Sasquatch Borracho spin vintage vinyl throughout the evening. Doors at 8pm. Deke will play electric solo at the @alamedarockandrollfleamarket on Sunday 12/7. The market opens at noon, and Deke starts at 3. This is a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with him. He is one of the most gifted guitarists on the planet, and a great storyteller. DO NOT MISS THESE SHOWS!!!
