🌴 GOOD MORNING, TRIBE.

Maybe you woke up today to traffic instead of waves.

Sirens instead of birds.
Another crowded train. Another screen. Another meeting. Another day that looks suspiciously like yesterday.

And somewhere along the way, routine became a cage with very comfortable furniture.

You stopped going out as much.
You stopped meeting new people.
You started believing that staying inside was safer, easier, more sensible.

But there is still a whole world outside your door. 🌎

And there is still a version of you that wants to see it.

You don’t need to change your entire life today.

Just make one decision that interrupts the circle.

Take the walk.
Call the friend.
Book the flight.
See the ocean.
Dance barefoot.
Talk to someone you don’t know.
Watch a sunrise somewhere you’ve never been.

Because sometimes the life we cannot imagine yet begins with something incredibly small:

the courage to leave what feels familiar.

Your city is not your cage.
Your routine is not your destiny.
And fear does not get to decide how big your life becomes.

Break the shell. 🐚
Trust yourself.
Go somewhere that reminds you how enormous the world is.

And perhaps one morning you’ll wake up barefoot in Tulum, hear the Caribbean outside your window and think:

“I can’t believe this is my life.” 🌊☀️

That’s the point.

75-Hour DY LOAY TT “Dharma’s Choice: The Essence of Dharma Yoga”

Dates: April 26-May 3, 2026

NEW for 2026: the inaugural 75-Hour DY LOAY TT “Dharma’s Choice: The Essence of Dharma Yoga”. Open to those that have completed their 200 and / or 500-Hour DY LOAY certification with us. As Sri Dharma Mittra often says: “Everything needs an update.” While the essence of yoga stays constant, Sri Dharma is constantly striving to make his teaching as focused and relevant as possible for the person of today. In this TT, we will introduce a new series based on Sri Dharma’s All Level Complete Practice and get to know it well through detailed, interactive breakdowns and teaching within small groups. We will also debut an updated companion to the LOAY Teachers’ Manual that has been in the works since the fall of 2025 and that will be presented through a variety of sessions as part of this TT.

A digital certificate will be provided to those who have attended all training sessions and completed their small group teaching.

Tuition: $1,750
