Faces in the Crowd. The Indiana Fever were out last Thursday night supporting their people. Makayla Timpson, Myisha Hines-Allen, Ty Harris and Fever assistant Briann January were out to watch Indy Black Professionals guard Natasha Harris ball out! They stayed around to cheer on Djimon Henson and Press Play Gaming Lounge against Midwest Cash Offer. Press Play’s Djimon Henson is a practice player for the Fever.

OGs vs. Young Bulls. 💥

@hbg.ledub had the gym rocking with tough shots and a nasty block, but @taishaunj2014 & @trevonbluiett squad stayed in control and pulled away for the 13-point win.

🦁 FULL ROSTER REVEALED 🦁

The Lions Den All-Stars are back.

After falling just short of the championship game last year in one of the most exciting matchups of the tournament, Coach Andre Owens, Captain Jordan Walker, and Lions Den All-Stars return with one goal: finish the job.

This roster is loaded with elite talent, high level athleticism, experience, scoring, and playmakers at every position. They believe they have everything it takes to compete for a championship and enter the tournament as one of the teams to watch.

With a deep roster and championship aspirations, Lions Den All-Stars are ready to make another run and prove they belong among the tournament favorites.

Will this be the year they bring home the trophy? 🏆

We are excited to welcome Lions Den All-Stars back to the Legends League Tournament and want to give a special thank you to Home Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air for serving as the presenting sponsor of this team.

You could call all of these a “Trap Bar Jump” but each variation is executed with different intent. We can alter the qualities targeted & stimulus achieved by making these subtle tweaks. And many others.

Dead stop reps with no reset: RFD, acceleration, not focusing much on decelerating the bar. Concentric-only maybe?

Hang position start with a reset: Countermovement to get SSC, increased outputs, more decel demand.

Continuous reps: Rhythm, reactivity, repeatability

Profiling and coaching eye can help determine when & which variation may meet the athlete’s needs. Exercise selection matter, but intent & execution brings it all together 💎
