This Movement Monday, Nelly is walking us through the Twisted Kneeling Crunch. This move is all about control - slowing things down, staying stable, and really working through those obliques with intention.

Book a class with Nelly (Dianelys) in the JETSET app and come see why we love this move for strengthening your obliques💙

same.place started as an idea we sat with for a while. We knew we wanted to create something rooted in music and coffee and the feeling of enjoying both with the people you love.

Our Matcha Cloud came from noticing something Miami didn’t have. Inspired by a drink we saw in LA, we made it our own. Then we kept experimenting and the Coffee Cloud was born. The crowd favorite? The Matcha Cloud (yes, even for the not-so-matcha lovers).

Next time they ask where you’re going, you already know the answer — the SAME PLACE ☁️🍵☕️🎶

At InVivo Strength, everything begins with a movement screening and performance evaluation. This allows us to understand how you move, identify limitations, and clarify what your body actually needs before training ever starts.

From there, we match you with the membership that best fits your goals and build the program around how you move and how your lifestyle is structured.

Our coaches focus on attention to detail and execution. We pride ourselves on the little things—because that’s where real progress is made.

If you’ve been thinking about training with purpose, this is the right first step.
