the 4 step secret sauce ↓

most people have big dreams.

few people have a system to actually get there.

here’s the framework that changes everything👇

step 1: define the dream (yearly goal)
get specific. not “get in shape” but “step on stage at 168 lbs, conditioned, confident.” not “make more money” but “hit $10k/month by december.” vague dreams stay dreams. specific ones become targets.

step 2: set the milestone (monthly goal)
what has to be true by the end of this month for you to be on track? break the yearly goal into 12 checkpoints. now it doesn’t feel impossible. it feels manageable.

step 3: make your commitments (weekly goal)
what are the non-negotiables this week? the things that actually move you forward? write them down sunday night. 3-5 things max. anything more and nothing gets done.

step 4: execute the behaviors (daily goal)
this is where the dream either happens or it doesn’t. not yearly. not monthly. today. the guys who get everything they want just have better daily habits than everyone else.

the dream is step 1.
daily behavior is where it actually lives.

most people never make it past step 1.

here’s what i genuinely believe.

you are capable of anything you want in this life.

not just some people. not the talented ones. not the ones who got lucky.

you.

the only difference between where you are and where you want to be is a system and the willingness to work it. most people tell themselves they’re not smart enough or not built for it.

that’s just a story they keep telling themselves to avoid trying.

anyone can do anything. it starts with step 1.
