Ski Parents 🤝 The Tank from @diamantgear

We’ve been raising skiers for 11yrs and I’ve learned a thing or two: Managing my own gear goes a long way in helping me manage my fleet of little skiers. I just got The Tank from Diamant- let me tell you why I love it!

I’ve learned that I LOVE having a ski backpack that has separate compartments for my ski boots- the vents in the tank helps keep everything dry (read: odor free). It’s important to make sure our helmets have some padding when they’re packed away to keep their integrity- this padded compartment is perfect to protect goggles/extra lenses too.

Skiing with kids (especially the ski tots!) is NO JOKE. I’m constantly needing to adapt my layering system on any given day. The Tank will be like my lil ski layer “closet” when I’m on the slopes. It’s got extra room for insulated knickers, down sweaters, vests, etc! One thing I love about the tank is the waterproof pull out mat to step on when I’m changing into ski boots in the parking lot. And of course: don’t forget ALLLLLL the extra little treats and tricks and tools a ski parent needs. The Tank has plenty of external zippered pockets for candy, extra socks, bars, hand warmers, and some biodegradable glitter.

We’re so excited for this next season! It’s going to be a good one!

Can you guess where this is? Longest continuous pitch in South America (according to the locals 🤷🏼‍♀️) And we sessioned it HARD. (Answer is in the comments!)
Darren and I managed to make short turns down the whole thing without stopping (not in this video)
Far out we were gassed at the end, but it was FUN and just a classic example of challenges you can give yourself when there is limited terrain open on the mountain.
This was the day before we had 1.5 metres in 36 hours 🤯
This was also my first ski trip on @origplus skis and I’ve never looked back - awesome skis! DM me if you’d like some advice on their line!

I’ll give you a clue: it took 2 ppl to operate the camera, and we had 2 attempts each to nail it 😳 The pressure was on to lay down my tracks right in front of the camera - so it was game on 😎

More fun from the 9th of August and a stunning line down a steep face with plenty of light, wind-blown powder. This was probably the best snow of my entire trip to Chile and a nice surprise given the powder had been a little wind-effected up higher.
