PROJECT FINLAYSON • This team. These clients. This outcome.
This may be long but it’s warranted.
What this build represents is so much more than a white picket fence and a beautiful home. It’s proof of what can happen when quality trades mixed with considered design and trust come together. This home is the one on the hard days, gets me in my car and makes me drive past it to remind me of what I can be capable of. Sometimes it’s not about what you’ve given to a project, but what it’s been able to give back to you as a designer. This goes without saying, there is no final quality outcome without the collaboration of trades and suppliers getting involved. Hands down, the biggest thank you to Mat and the team at @ryandevelopments with a mega shout out to project and construction manager, Chris. The level of care and professionalism with the knowledge of every single implementation I’ve thrown at you within this build, Project Finlayson wouldn’t be built to the standard that is has been or delivered in the 10 month timeframe without you. To the other incredible trades who worked with us on this home, take a bow. What we’ve been able to do is pretty remarkable and I consider myself so lucky to work with not only amazing people, but genuine friends who back each other day in and day out. And last but not least, to our clients Andy and Natalie. The opportunity you’ve given to us all to be able to make your family dream come to fruition, besides this spiel, there are no words. The kindest and most trusting of hearts who have valued every trade who has worked on your home, you truly deserve this and we couldn’t be more grateful to have made it happen for you. To see a husband’s wife’s happiness as his own, it’s been a a beautiful thing to witness and be a part of.
