I absolutely love this pic! Can you believe it’s been 20 years this month since we first met? You came to Wisconsin in June 2005 for freshman orientation, and here we are all this time later. Through thick and thin, you’ve always been so genuine, and I appreciate you dearly. You suggested a beach day, and we naturally coordinated outfits without even talking about it – how fun is that?! And seriously, congrats on making motherhood look like a piece of cake!

You”ll be the first person to know when your hair sheds more than normal❗️

Monitoring changes in your hair shedding can be important. Here are a few ways you can recognize when it might be shedding more than usual:

▶️ You may notice, Increased Amounts such as, Noticeable clumps of hair in your brush, shower drain, or on your pillow.

▶️ You will see, Thinning Areas or widening part lines.

▶️ The feeling of Scalp Sensitivity or discomfort on the scalp due to increased shedding.

▶️ This is a big one ☝🏾 Stress or Health Changes: Excessive shedding can be triggered by stress, hormonal changes, medications, or health conditions.

If you suspect excessive shedding, it’s advisable to consult with a haircare professional, a trichologist or a healthcare provider, first to identify any underlying causes. Also, remember that keeping up on your trims, Scalp Detoxing, as well as decreasing air drying, when you wear your #natural curls, can also help to minimize shedding.

So excited, I met Fernando the micro coffee farmer, a
month ago while on a local Marine Corps base. He told me about his tiny plot of coffee plants. He was so excited to meet
a coffee roaster and he told me I could come and pick the coffee cherries. I was overjoyed when he message me today and said the coffee cherries looked ready to him. He helped me pick around
5 lbs of cherries (around 1 lbs of finished roasted coffee beans). Gat, Colt, Nichole and I all tried the coffee cherries and they are tasty. I plan on processing these
cherries, roasting them and have very limited availability for Aeropress in our coffee shop, only 10 total. Please message me if you are interested in having Locally Roasted Fallbrook Grown Coffee.
